MINUTES OF 23th ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING

To, 

The members,

Practising Valuers Association (India)

The 23rd General body meeting of the Practising Valuers Association (India) was

held on Monday, 15th August 2022 at 5.00 PM at Hotel Zone By the Park, 

Jodhpur, Rajasthan, INDIA, to transact the following business: The meeting was

called to order by President Mr. Ashok Kelkar and 58 members are present for 

the meeting.

Before the start of meeting president informed that due to pandemic started in 

March 2020 we could not meet physically and also there were a few activities.

Item no. 1- To Read and confirm the minutes of last Annual General Body 

Meeting held on 4th December 2021 at 5.00 PM at Hotel Express inn, Nashik,

Minutes were confirmed

Seconded by- Mr. Madhav Hundekar

Item no. 2- Secretary’s Report.

Secretary Mr. Mahesh Mistry presented the various activity report conducted 

online by PVAI and same is approved by the present members.

Item resolved unanimously.

Item no. 3- To Consider & Adopt the Audited Balance sheet, Profit & Loss 

account for the period ended 31st March 2021.

Treasurer Mahesh Mistry presented Audited balance sheet and profit and loss 

statement for year ending March 2021-22 and same is approved unanimously.

Item no. 4- Appointment of Auditor & Fix their Remuneration.

President Ashok Kelkar informed that there will be a new committee and the 

PRACTISING VALUERS ASSOCIATION (INDIA)

new committee will take the decision.

Item no. 6- Mr. Sunil Bhor, Election officer gave his Election report to the GC. There 

are 13 nominations received for Four GC posts as follows.

6) Mr. Umesh Narendra Kandade (LM-3234) 

7) Mr. Dinesh Prabhakar Warade (LM-185) 

8) Mr. Amit Ghanshyamlal Bhatt (LM-3175) 

9) Mr. Parag Kishorbhai Sheth (LM-3130) 

10) Mr. Dr. Venkateswara Rao M.V. (LM-3070) 

11) Mr. Ankit Anup Mohabansi (LM-2456) 

12) Mr. Jayesh C. Bhavsar (LM-3093)

Out of these 2 members 1) Mr. Mukeshkumar B. Thakkar (LM-3360) and 2) Mr. Jayesh C. 

Bhavsar (LM-3093), have withdrawn their name and 4 members were declared elected 

out of 11 members as under

The Members present congratulated the newly elected the GC member for next term 

and thanked to Mr. Sunil Bhor, Election officer for conducting the elections smoothly.

As there were no further topics to discuss meeting is adjourned sine die with the 

proposal that the Next CEP shall be at Bhubaneshwar
